Her diverse set of real estate skills developed from working in all aspects of development enables her to collaborate on project strategy, vet acquisitions, drive recapitalizations and direct community development investments. Ms. Gonzalez’s primary focus is on Chicago and Midwest opportunities. Her responsibilities include project conceptualization, predevelopment, deal execution and project closeout. downtown TIF.
