Pasquesi
R.J. Pasquesi is the Founder and President of KCG Companies, LLC, where he oversees all aspects of the business. With over 20 years of experience in the acquisition, development, rehabilitation and financing of residential and commercial real estate properties and strong, long standing industry relationships, R.J. has a proven track record of delivering on high-impact real estate investments.
During his career, R.J. has developed, acquired, rehabilitated and/or financed over 13,700 apartment homes totaling more than $1.7 billion in investments and over 630,000 square feet of self-storage facilities. R.J.’s residential development experience includes luxury, market-rate, affordable and mixed-use multifamily housing. Most projects have been successful public-private partnerships with a substantial public finance component.
R.J. is a Chicago area native and got his start in the real estate industry working for Affinity Real Estate, LLC, a boutique real estate investment firm in Sarasota, Florida. In 2006, R.J. joined Herman & Kittle Properties, a vertically integrated multi-family development firm in Indianapolis, IN. R.J. was a senior executive at Herman & Kittle Properties where he led the development and finance teams and helped double the size of the firm over his tenure. R.J. also worked at Bank of America in both Investment Banking and Portfolio Management. While at Bank of America he was responsible for developing corporate finance models to analyze capital structures, acquisitions/divestitures, and corporate valuations as well as assist in the negotiation and structuring of senior bank debt facilities.
R.J. earned his Bachelor of Science from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University. He has obtained his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Indianapolis. RJ is a member of the YPO Indiana Chapter.
