Mark Gipner is Director, Fund Development for Community Affordable Housing Equity Corporation (CAHEC) in the Investor Relations Department. He is responsible for raising and closing of investor capital and management of institutional investment. Since joining CAHEC in 2009, he has raised and closed over $2 billion of investment capital from banks, insurance companies and the GSE’s. Mark is a member of CAHEC’s Credit Committee and serves on the Raleigh Leadership Team.  

Prior to joining CAHEC, Mr. Gipner worked as a Business Development Associate for Raymond James Tax Credit Funds, Inc. At Raymond James, he was responsible for acquisitions of LIHTC properties in the Mountain West region. He has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of South Florida.
