Linda L. Hill is executive vice president of Merchants Capital, a national multifamily financing firm that has deployed more than $40 billion in FHA, balance sheet, and GSE debt along with more than $1.6B in tax credit equity financing to support multifamily properties across the United States. Ms. Hill joined Merchants Capital in March 2021 to co-lead the investor relations platform and originate, underwrite, and manage equity and debt relationships with top affordable housing sponsors nationwide. Ms. Hill has over 25 years of real estate experience in the affordable housing industry. Prior to joining Merchants Capital, she was Vice President II at Aegon Real Assets where she managed the tax credit team and oversaw all originations, underwriting, and closing for over $2.3B in tax credit investments. Prior to that, she was Senior Vice President of Originations at Alliant Capital, a $5B syndication company. Throughout her career, Ms. Hill has been directly involved in management, deal structuring, investor relations, and equity originations.
