Kimberly has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to her tenure at Vitus, she held positions at Moody’s and Citibank in New York.  She has been responsible for oversight of a significant portion of the Vitus portfolio as well as managing various refinancings, dispositions, and partner buyouts.  Ms. Brown is currently responsible for Vitus’ dispositions transactions and developing dispositions strategies.  Ms. Brown graduated magna cum laude from Penn State University Schreyer Honors College.
