Dreyfuss-Wells
As VP of Architecture at RDL, Kevin works collaboratively with every studio on both design and technical complexities. He aims to produce rich designs that respond to context sensitively and simply. In addition, Kevin provides invaluable mentorship and guidance to staff of all levels.
His interest in innovative design has earned him a reputation as a ‘green pioneer’ in Northeast Ohio. Kevin’s integration of sustainable design principles has contributed to projects earning a broad range of certifications throughout the region, including:

Kevin has a unique depth of experience in adaptive re-use and historic preservation. He has designed more than 3.3 million square feet of restoration projects such as hotels, apartments, and retail spaces, including the renovation of three of Cleveland’s historic downtown arcades.
Kevin has been a speaker at the National Passive House conference and USGBC Greenbuild national conference, APA conferences, and a guest lecturer at Kent State and Cleveland State Universities. A former US Peace Corps volunteer, Kevin believes in continuing a tradition of life-long service, both in attention to client needs and as a member of numerous non-profit and community boards.
