Kevin Day joined Conifer in 2022 as Vice President, Portfolio Management. Kevin plays a key part in developing and executing strategies for Conifer's existing affordable assets. Additionally, he helps evaluate potential new portfolios and business opportunities.

Kevin holds over 15 years of experience in portfolio management, investment, and operations. Most recently, he served as Senior Portfolio and Investment Advisor at Evopolis Inc., where he provided boutique development and portfolio management solutions to real estate clients, negotiated equity for development projects, and provided workout, financing, and acquisition consulting.

Prior to his role at Evopolis, Kevin worked as the Vice President of Asset Management at Fairstead, where he implemented systems and asset management procedures across a large and growing affordable housing portfolio. Kevin has held several other significant positions, including Director of Portfolio Management (Affordable Housing) at AIG, and Director at Centerline Capital Group.

Kevin holds a B.A. from Wesleyan University, as well as an M.P.P. from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. Kevin volunteers as treasurer of the PTA for his son’s high school, and enjoys reading and watching his beloved Celtics chase banner #18.
