Jana Hageman founded T&H Investments, Construction, andProperty Management with the core focus of improving lives by solving communityneeds with innovative housing. Prior to starting T&H, Jana was a realestate attorney at Bose McKinney and Evans and practiced in their Real EstateLaw Group. An entrepreneur at heart, she left Bose to pursue real estatedevelopment and has been an owner/developer of over $700 million in commercialreal estate projects including multi family, student, affordable, workforce,and mixed-use projects. Jana’s true passion is working with communities todevelop housing. In her current role as President of T&H, she helpscommunities turn blighted real estate into thriving communities for students,families, seniors, and low income households.
