In her current role as the Deputy Division Director of Housing Finance, Denise oversees the teams tasked with the development and management of the Georgia Multifamily Affordable Housing portfolio and community housing development programs, as well as directly overseeing the Data & Analytics and Asset Management teams.  Denise is a graduate of Georgia State University (BA) and Louisiana State University Law Center (JD), with a professional background in residential and commercial property management, working throughout the metro Atlanta area.  Prior to joining DCA, Denise practiced Family Law and Landlord Tenant Law and was an active volunteer with the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation and Atlanta Legal Aid.
