David "Dave" Musial is a Managing Director on the Originations team with National Equity Fund (NEF). In this role, he collaborates with for-profit and nonprofit developers headquartered in western and central states to structure affordable housing transactions.

Dave has worked in real estate since 2002 and transitioned his focus to affordable housing in 2008. His experience includes structuring complex acquisition, refinancing, new construction, rehabilitation, and adaptive reuse transactions, as well as managing affordable housing and community development portfolios.

Prior to joining NEF, Dave spent 13 years in a community finance function with large financial institutions and 8 years in real estate development. In his career, Dave has directed the deployment of over $1 billion of debt and equity capital in affordable housing transactions across the country.
