Dan Rosen helps developers and owners of affordable and mixed-income housing structure and close deals across the country. He has worked with public, private, nonprofit, and for-profit clients as they build, buy, preserve, and finance thousands of units using dozens of funding sources. Dan draws on three decades of experience with complex financial and regulatory frameworks, whether supporting new development or untangling layers of existing financing to redevelop an existing site. Dan was a founding partner of Klein Hornig in 2002. He received a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from Yale University.
