Dan is a Managing Director in the Community Lending and Investment Group responsible for originating and structuring tax credit transactions in the Midwest. Previously Dan was the Senior Risk Officer for the Wells Fargo responsible for the underwriting and closing of equity and debt transactions. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Dan worked for eight years as a Vice President of Development for a Midwest LIHTC developer. Dan holds a B.A. and B.S. in Finance and a minor in Economics from Truman State University in Missouri.
